On Business is our global loyalty programme designed to help small and medium-sized businesses maximise travel budgets.

Welcome to British Airways On Business

• On Business can help to save companies money as they can redeem On Business Points for reward flights*, flight upgrades* and hotel stays. And if travellers are Executive Club Members or members of one of our oneworld partners' frequent flyer programmes, they could benefit personally as well as earning On Business Points for the company.
• The company can nominate a programme administrator to manage the programme or up to five travel agencies to do this for them.
  

Join On Business today

Companies with two or more travelling employees can join On Business. There is no fee, and after enrolling at ba.com/onbusiness, companies will receive a membership number and each nominated user will receive a unique log-in ID and password. Companies can then start earning On Business Points from the first qualifying flights their employees take (see On Business - Points table), regardless of the cabin they are travelling in.

Where a member books with us or an Eligible Airline using a corporate or marine net fare, any travel taken on such fares will not be eligible for Points.

Companies joining On Business now will earn triple On Business Points on the first 6 flight sectors** taken. Points will automatically be credited to the account, just make sure that the On Business number is included in every booking.

*Taxes, fees, charges and security surcharges remain payable on reward flights and reward flight upgrades.

** 6 flight sectors are 6 individual direct flights. If you need to connect to an onward destination, this will count as 2 flight sectors e.g. Paris-London-New York. A direct return (or round-trip) flight, e.g. London-New York-London will count as 2 flight sectors.
