Group Reservations
IATA agents need to send their request via the CRS groups request tool. In case of any questions you can reach us by email group.switzerland@ba.com, fax 044 215 6639 or phone 044 215 6640. Non-IATA agents need to request their group via a licensed IATA agency.
Opening hours : Monday to Friday 10 to 12 hrs / 15 to 17hrs
All bookings with a minimum of 10 passengers who travel together on at least one sector to or from a destination qualify as a group booking.
UK Destinations :
The rates to UK destinations vary greatly, depending on the size of group, date of travel and availability. We will treat each request individually, always quoting the best rate available. It is always worthwhile having a second choice of flights as this could result in a lower price being applicable.
We have especially attractive rates to our long haul destinations on our extensive network. Either send an email with your request to group.switzerland@ba.com or send a PNR request through Drop Through, whichever you prefer.
