Our Marine Product - for you

Based on feedback from our Marine customers, we made the following improvements to our Marine Product last year.

The main changes include: 

• we have created a Global Marine Helpdesk, the team can share expertise on Marine business, deliver excellent customer service
• each market has been allocated an account manager with expertise in Marine business, in order to meet your specific needs
• we have given Marines priority WL clearance related to the PNRs which have SEMN/OFSR keyword
• improved "OK to Board" procedure will be reintroduced to ensure flexibility for our passengers and will be supported by the Marine Helpdesk
• we have loaded our fares into all 4 major GDSs
• we have filed all fares in 1 currency (USD)
• we have removed seasonality from our fares
• we will add more booking classes - in order to give you more access to our flights
• new competitive step pricing
