Agents and BA passengers arriving in the UK from mainland Europe will be able to book the transfers between T5 and Gatwick and/or whatever the requirements are online.
Meet and Greet Service :
Your chauffeur will meet the passengers with a name board in the arrival hall upon exit from Customs & Immigration. At Gatwick in the North Terminal.

once the passenger get to this page and press "BOOK YOUR TRANSFERS" they will enter a section that will give general information of the transfer service, also the passengers will be able to see the cars that we are using and terms and conditions. Within this transfer section of AB Connect website, there will also be the online booking tool.
All other passengers/or agents will need to pay by credit card unless they have an account with Connect AB.
