Guidelines - ad hoc cancellations Summer 2009

Revenue Management have advised of further adhoc cancellations for the Summer 2009 schedule from July 2009 onwards. These will affect shorthaul and longhaul services. Customers will be reaccommodated where possible.

Advice for customers
Customers due to travel on a cancelled service who cannot be reaccommodated or find the alternative arrangements unsuitable are covered by the options shown in Section 1 - Conditions of Carriage guidelines > 1a - Flight cancellations of the Customer Handling Guidelines.
