British Airways recognises that all our customers are important, and we are committed to ensuring that ba.com is accessible to all. We recognise the need to make improvements to the accessibility of ba.com for customers with disabilities. A working group has therefore been set up to focus on this area.

As part of the design process for ba-sbc.com we:

• Ensure that navigation throughout the site works in a consistent way.
• Never use colour as the only way to convey information
• Use a standard web font to make it easy for all to read.
• In most cases, the size of the font can be adjusted according to the users needs, using standard browser and operating system options.

Changing font size

This website has been designed to enable you to make the font smaller or larger using the settings on your browser.

• To increase the size of fonts on Internet Explorer, View > Text Size.
• To increase the size of fonts in Firefox, View > Text Size >Increase Font, or use the keyboard shortcut by pressing Control and +.
• To increase the size of fonts on Opera, View > Preferences > Fonts and change Minimum Font Size (pixels).
