Following the announcement of the sale of GB Airways to easyJet, customers holding ticketed point to point bookings have the choice of rebooking onto an easyJet flight or to obtain a refund.
easyJet will contact customers who choose to rebook onto their services with details of their new booking and will ask customers to agree to their terms and conditions.
Commercial Policy Details Applicable to: Customers who hold ticketed point to point bookings, including redemptions, made directly with British Airways (ba.com or contactBA) who are due to travel to a destination currently operated by GB Airways on or after 30 March 2008.
Affected destinations: Ajaccio, Arrecife, Alicante, Bastia, Corfu, Dalaman, Faro, Fez, Funchal, Gibraltar, Heraklion, Hurghada, Ibizia, Innsbruck, Las Palmas, Mahon, Malaga, Malta, Marrakech, Montpellier, Mykonos, Nantes, Palma, Paphos, Rhodes, Salzburg, Sharm El Sheikh, Tangier, Tenerife South.
- Refund of the original British Airways flight or BA Franchise flight, plus any parts of the journey not made which are on the same ticket as the original flight
- The refund will be provided to the original form of payment.
- This is the only option available to customers.
