British Airways Franchise Partner GB Airways has announced the adhoc cancellation of a number of services during February and March 2008.
Customers are being reaccommodated as outlined below:
GATWICK - GIBRALTAR
BA6902/03 LGWGIB days 2 and 3 services cancelled from 05 to 13 Februrary 2008
Customers booked to travel on these services will be reaccommodated as follows:
BA6906/07 LGWGIB services on the same day
GATWICK - TUNIS
BA6848/49 LGWTUN cancelled outbound on 13, 20, 26 February 2008 and cancelled inbound on 14, 21, 27 February 2008
Customers booked to travel on these services will be reaccommodated as follows:
BA6848 LGWTUN outbound on previous day 12, 19, 25 February 2008 and BA6849 TUNLGW inbound on previous day 13, 20, 25 February 2008.
GATWICK - MALTA
BA6938/39 LGWMLA day 3 service cancelled between 06 February and 05 March 2008
Customers booked to travel on these services will be reaccommodated as follows:
BA6932/33 LGWMLA services the following day (day 4)
GATWICK - SHARM EL SHEIKH
BA6862/BA6863 LGWSSH day 2 services cancelled 18 March 2008
Customers booked to travel on these services will be reaccommodated as follows:
BA6858/BA6859 LGWSSH service on the following day, 19 March 2008
GATWICK - INNSBRUCK
BA6790/BA6791 LGWINN day 2 service cancelled 11 and 18 March 2008
Customers booked to travel on these services will be reaccommodated as follows:
BA6790/BA6791 LGWINN service on the following day, 12 and 19 March 2008
GATWICK - TENERIFE
BA6930 LGWTFS day 6 service cancelled on 15 March 2008
BA6931 TFSLGW day 7 service cancelled on 16 March 2008
Customers booked to travel on these services will be reaccommodated as follows:
BA6930 LGWTFS passengers will be reaccommodated onto BA6998 on the same day
BA6931 TFSLGW passengers will be reaccommodated onto BA6999 TFSLGW on previous day, 15 March 2008
Advice for customers
Customers booked to travel on any of the cancelled services shown above, who find the alternative arrangements outlined above unsuitable, are covered by the following options:
Rebook on a British Airways flight or BA Franchise to the original destination
Customers may re-book on another British Airways or franchise flight of their convenience, subject to availability.
Conditions
a) The change in booking must take place no later than two weeks after the original flight.
b) Travel must be completed within ticket validity or within three months from the original flight, whichever is longer.
c) The return flight, if applicable, can be re-booked at the same time, and no extra fare is payable.
Refund of the original British Airways flight or BA Franchise flight, plus any parts of the journey not made which are on the same ticket as the original flight
Refunds are available within a year from the original flight.
Conditions
a) The refund will be credited to the original form of payment
