Commercial policy guidelines for ATC failure across London airspace

Any passengers travelling on domestic or shorthaul services on Thursday 25 or Friday 26 September 2008 which have been cancelled due to the ATC failure on 25 September 2008, can be rebooked using the following guidelines:
For customers rebooked to travel on 26 September only:
Rebooked travel on British Airways must be in the same booking class or the lowest available class within the same cabin. However if there is no availability we can offer a complimentary upgrade lowest available class in the next cabin for no additional collection.
Alternatively passengers may reroute with British Airways to another destination within the same country that they were originally booked to fly to, also with no additional collection.
For customers rebooked to travel on 27 September or later:
