Customer Guidelines - ATC strike in France and in Greece

We have today been advised of French and Greek ATC strikes that are due to take place from Tuesday 23 February until Saturday 27 February 2010. To date the following services have been cancelled and we have endeavoured to contact customers by SMS message:

• 23 Feb LHR - CDG BA322 and BA324
• 23 Feb CDG - LHR BA327 and BA329
• 23 Feb LHR - ATH BA634
• 24 Feb LHR - ATH BA640 and BA632
• 24 Feb ATH - LHR BA631 and BA641 and BA633

Delays and further cancellations may occur over the strike period however the situation will be reviewed daily.

Conditions of carriage, apply to any customer who may be in contact regarding the cancellations or changes.
