Cabin Crew Industrial Action - Customer Guidelines - Removal of Strike Action

Customers Guidelines have been updated as follows and are now as follows:

1) Customers who had changed their dates under a previous version of the Cabin Crew Industrial action **Customer Guidelines** may choose to revert to their original flights.

All rebooking is subject to availability on the original flights in the lowest available booking class in the same cabin

Rebooking must take place before the date of original travel.

2) Customers who chose to Protect their return journeys

Customers who chose to protect their return journeys may continue to do so. Any unused sectors will remain non refundable unless permited under the fare rules.

The customer may choose to reinstate their original flight. All rebooking is subject to availability on the original flights in the lowest available booking class in the same cabin

Rebooking must take place before the date of original travel

The following guidelines below may also be used on a case by case basis.

3) Passenger who had made alternative arrangements but not yet advised us, may still rebook onto a British Airways operated flight, subject to availability as outlined below:

- From your original point of departure to your original destination

Conditions

The original flight must be scheduled to operate between 20 Dec 09 - 04 Jan 10

Changes must be made prior to the departure of their original flight

Rebooking must be onto an alternative British Airways Mainline service only

All travel must be completed within 355 days from the date the booking is changed (ie within system range)

If the same booking class is not available, the next lowest class may be booked within the same cabin. This will be at no additional cost to the customer

The return flight, if applicable, can be rebooked at the same time subject to the same conditions

4) If the original travel date is no longer available in the same cabin, customers may be rebooked onto an alternative British Airways Mainline Serviceto/from the original destination between 20 Dec 09 - 04 Jan 109. If the same booking class is not available, the next lowest class may be booked within the same cabin.
