Due to political protests and a state of emergency declared in Bangkok, the following outlines the options available to passengers who are holding a valid ticket issued before 12 April 2009 for travel on or before 17 April 2009 and who wish to make changes to their bookings.
Flight bookings
Any customers due to travel to/from Bangkok on or before 17 April, which is operating as scheduled, can proceed as follows:
Customers can rebook for a later date as outlined below:
Rebook onto an available flight to/from Bangkok prior to 17 May 2009. If the same booking class is not available, the next lowest class may be booked within the same cabin. This will be at no additional cost to the customer, and if required, the validity of the ticket may be extended.
- These are the only two options available to Bangkok customers whose flight is operating as scheduled.
- Refunds are not permitted unless allowed by the fare rules of the ticket purchased. |
