Guidelines- BA Cityflyer cancellations due Flightline

Further to previous communication, due to the demise of Flightline, BA CityFlyer will continue to revise its operation to ensure services previously operated by Flightline on its behalf, will continue to be operated directly by BA CityFlyer for the remainder of the Winter 2009 schedule (up to and including 28 March 2009)

BA CityFlyer will continue to reduce the flying programme on certain low demand routes and notification to those passengers affected is being communicated through normal channels. As a result of this CityFlyer will be suspending the LCY WAW service from the 06 Jan 09 for the rest of the season.

Customers holding tickets for travel on affected services are being reaccommodated onto the closest available service to their original flight. Customers who find the alternative arrangements unsuitable are covered by the options outlined in the Conditions of Carriage guidelines.

BA CityFlyer apologises for the inconvenience this has caused passengers.
