Key Message
Beirut airport is currently closed due to industrial action. This has resulted in the cancellation of BA* marketed codeshare flights operated by bmi.
Advice for customers
Customers booked to travel on cancelled flights between 09 and 14 May 2008 may rebook as follows:
Rebook to travel to the original destination within two months of the closure dates:
Rebook onto a BA* marketed codeshare flight operated by bmi in the same class. If the same class is not available, rebook in the lowest class available.
Rebook to travel to the original destination after two months of the closure dates:
Rebook onto a BA* marketed codeshare flight operated by bmi in the original booking class only. Original fare rules apply.
Rebooked travel must be completed within ticket validity or within two months from the original flight, whichever is longer.
Changes to bookings can be made up to 14 days after the original travel date.
Passengers who do not wish to travel - Refunds
If the above option is not suitable, passengers are entitled to a full refund. |
