Commercial policy - EOS Airline cease trading from 27 Apr 08

28 Apr, 2008

We have received notification that the airline, Eos, has ceased trading. We have formulated a policy to enable us to assist customers with existing Eos tickets who are now without a booking and who wish to travel with British Airways.

Advice for customers

We are able to make bookings for existing Eos customers as long as the customers can provide us with proof of purchase. In order to do this we will require customers to provide receipts to the British Airways before the booking will be made. However in the event that the customer cannot provide proof of purchase, please refer to your supervisor/team leader.

What you need to do

As these are Club World tickets, the British Airways bookings should be made in R or I class using the applicable premium leisure fares. We will waive the advance purchase and minimum Saturday night stay to enable customers to travel as per their original plans. Please also add remarks into the booking that this is an ex Eos customer, this should also be endorsed on the ticket.
