Advice for customers
Customers holding tickets for travel on a BA* marketed codeshare flight operated by bmi between LHR and ESB on or after 16 October 2008 may rebook:
Between LON and MUC
Re-book onto a BA operated service in the same cabin and same class as the original booking from LONESB.
Between MUC and ESB
Re-book onto Lufthansa (LH) services using the following booking classes:
Business class fares: Z class
Economy class fares: W class
The PNR must include the following OSI comment "OSI BA INVOL REROUTE/BA (flight/date) CXLD SKD CHG". Tickets must be re-issued for the new routing which is now a two sector journey and show an "IRREG Reso 735d" or "INVOL Reso 735d" remarks in the endorsements/restrictions box.
