British Airways franchise partner Sun Air have announced they are to withdraw some flights on its service between Billund (BLL) and Paris (CDG) from 06th July until 29th October 2010.
Affected flights are BA 8229 / BA 8230.
Please see below options:
Customers affected by the withdrawal of services between Billund and Paris travelling in the period from 06th July until 29th August 2010 are covered by the Commercial Policy options outlined below.
Customers may:
a) Rebook to travel on Cimber Air (QI) Services from Billund to Paris.
Customers may rebook to travel on Cimber Air operated Services Billund-Paris.
Customers should be rebooked onto the closest available flight to the original flight, provided that a seat is available in the cabin originally booked. Rebooking must be on Cimber Air RBD Q-class. When Q-class is not available H-class can be used. You have to reissue a new ticket before 16th July 2010.
Below OSI element must be added to the PNR: INVOL IN ACCORDANCE WITH QI/EZ/BA REPROTECT AGREEMENT
Conditions:
-Any changes to the booking (PNR) must take place no later than 15th July 2010.
-Travel must be completed within ticket validity or within three months from the original flight, whichever is longer.
-The return flight, if applicable, can be rebooked at the same time, and no extra fare is payable.
b) A Refund of the original flight, plus any parts of the journey not made which are on the same ticket as the original flight. - The refund will be provided to the original form of payment.
Customers affected by the withdrawal of service BA 8229 / BA 8230 between Billund and Paris travelling in the period from 30 August until 29 October are covered by the Commercial Policy options outlined below.
Customers may:
a) Rebook to travel on Sun-Air service between Billund and Paris CDG on flights BA 8231 / 8232.
On the closest available flight to the original flight, provided that a seat is available in the cabin originally booked.
or
At the passenger’s convenience:
- Up to 2 weeks after the original flight, provided a seat is available in the cabin originally booked. - At any time outside of the above periods, provided a seat is available in the same fare class and same cabin as originally booked.
Conditions:
-Any changes to the booking (PNR) must take place no later than two weeks after the original flight.
-The passenger will be booked into the same booking class, or where applicable, the lowest available class within the same cabin of travel.
- Travel must be completed within ticket validity or within three months from the original flight, whichever is longer.
-The return flight, if applicable, can be rebooked at the same time, and no extra fare is payable.
b) A Refund of the original flight, plus any parts of the journey not made which are on the same ticket as the original flight - The refund will be provided to the original form of payment.
