What are prompt cards?
Prompt cards are quick references which are meant to guide you step by step through booking processes and help you to answer questions on a certain topic. For example, you are not sure how to issue an e-ticket via your CRS? No problem, just download our prompt card and you will find all entry formats in one place.

How to download a prompt card?
If you want to download a prompt card to your computer, just rightclick on the link and choose Save Target As. Please then decide in which directory on your PC you want to save your file, for example the desktop, and press Save.
