Missionaries

When making bookings for Missionaries, please ensure that you use the correct format for the OSI element:

Worldspan entry: 3OSI BA MHXB (CHARITY NAME)
Galileo and Apollo entry: SI.BA*MHXB (CHARITY NAME)
Sabre entry: 3OSI BA MHXB (CHARITY NAME)

Please also ensure that you manually enter a fare basis code for a missionary/humanitarian booking by using a four digit fare basis code that ends in MY e.g. Y1MY.
The system only recognises a four digit code (no spaces etc) and it must end in MY in order to trigger the additional baggage allowance. Any other codes, e.g. Y on its own or Y (space) MY - won't trigger the additional allowance.

PLEASE NOTE: This does not apply to Amadeus users, where the old standard is still in place, i.e. MSRY.
