Paper ticket refund via GDS

For Refunds and Exchanges made by Travel Agents through the GDS

 

Please note that British Airways requires only the following documents:

1) any unused paper flight coupons to back up refunds that agents have completed on their GDS

2) any exchange paper coupons covering re-issues

These documents should be batched with a clear reference to the Billing Period they were reported in (eg May 2007, Period 1) and sent to the following address:

British Airways does not require you to send the Refund Notices printed out from your GDS system.
