Key Message
BA CityFlyer have advised a number of services have been cancelled during April 2009 as outlined below.
London City to Madrid
BA8753 and BA8755 from the 14 April to 17 April are cancelled and customers will be rebooked onto BA458/BA462 via Heathrow respectively.
Madrid to London City
BA8752 from the 15 April to 18 April is cancelled and customers will be rebooked onto BA455 via Heathrow.BA8754 from 14 April to 17 April is cancelled and customers will be rebooked onto BA465 via Heathrow.
London City to Edinburgh
BA8704 on 18 April, BA8710 on 13 April, BA8714 06-09 April and BA8718 on 03 & 06-09 April have been cancelled, customers have been rebooked onto the nearest available flight.
Edinburgh to London City
BA8701 on 05 April, BA8709 13 April, BA8713 06-10 & 14 April and BA8719 06-09 April have been cancelled, customers have been rebooked onto the nearest available flight.
Advice for customers:
Customers due to travel on a BA CityFlyer service that has been cancelled who find the alternative unsuitable may:
Rebook onto a British Airways flight to the same destination on earlier or later dates, subject to availability.
Rebooked flights must be in the same class of travel as the original booking on a date within the validity of the original ticket.
or
Refund the ticket purchased to the original form of payment.
Please Note: If the customers ticket includes a transfer to/from another BA service and is no longer within the minimum connection time for flights, the above options may also be used to rebook the connecting flight.
