British Airways franchise partner SUN-AIR has announced changes to a number of its services from 10 January 2010.
BLL-LCY-BLL (Billund & London City) With effect from 11 January to 26 March 2010 inclusive, BA8209/8210 on days 2345 will no longer operate.
BLL-CDG-BLL (Billund & Paris Charles de Gaulle) With effect from 11 January to 28 February 2010 inclusive, BA8231/8232 will no longer operate.
AAR-AAL-OSL (Aarhus - Aalborg - Oslo) With effect from 10 January to 21 March 2010 inclusive, BA8285/8286 on day 7 will no longer operate. Customers affected by these withdrawals are being reaccommodated onto the nearest suitable service, BA8279/8280.
Customers due to travel on a SUN-AIR service as outlined above that has been cancelled may:
a. Rebook onto a British Airways flight to the same destination on earlier or later dates, within the validity of the ticket. Customers may rebook to the same destination within a 3-day period before or after the scheduled departure time of the original flight. If the same booking class is not available, the next lowest class may be booked within the same cabin.
- Rebooking at an earlier/later date must be in the same booking class and cabin. The flight must be re-booked and travel must take place within the validity of the original ticket purchased. This will be at no additional cost to the customer .
or
b. Refund the ticket purchased to the original form of payment.
Please note: If the customers ticket includes a transfer to/from another BA service and is no longer within the minimum connecting time for flights, the above options may also be used to rebook the connecting flight.
