 On Business booking instructions for travel agents using a CRS booking system
When you make a booking for a member company on a qualifying flight (see On Business - Points table), you will need to enter the On Business membership number following the instructions below:
The On Business number must be entered as one of the following entries (please leave spaces between letters where shown and replace '123456XX' with the actual On Business membership number).
