British Airways recognises the needs of the Groups market. Whether you are travelling as a large sports group, a film crew, or as a small business group to a meeting, British Airways has a range of products and services to meet and exceed your requirements.
You will be able to book easily your groups in your GDS, via our Automated Group Tool which has been in place since 2003.

1) Dedicated groups teams:

British Airways has specialist groups reservation agents who are experts in this area and understand the complexities of your business. Our staff deals with all types of bookings, ranging from mass movement of people out to a big conference, though to a small number of competitors in a sports team.

We remind you that our Groups Sales Department will be happy to assist you via following address: Groups.WestEurope@ba.com

2) What Groups Automation means for you:

You can do it quicker:

There is no need for you to call or send a fax to your British Airways office to make a Group or Fare request. The system will display at once availabilities on all British Airways destinations. The proposed fare will be returned to you in the PNR.

You can do more yourself:

Groups automation enables you to create PNRs on your own, and to check the follow-up from the beginning to the end, which means for example that you will be able to proceed to changes even at the very last minute.

You can do it with less stress:

You can issue tickets yourself. No worries anylonger with last minute couriers !

3) Group size:

The definition of a group for British Airways is 10 or more passengers on World Traveller (economy) and World Traveller Plus (premium economy), and 7 or more passengers in Club World (Business) and First travelling together for at least 1 international segment of the journey and having to same final destination

4) Rates:

If you are travelling as part of a group of 10 or more people, you can benefit from our competitive group rates.

5) Routes:

All flights operated by British Airways and Franchisees (excludes code-share flights not operated by British Airways).
