Following the announcement of the conclusion of the sale of GB Airways to easyJet, the following commercial policy has been issued for customers with British Airways Holidays arrangements booked in conjunction with affected flights who are due to travel on or after 30 March 2008.
Advice for customers
For all customers (direct bookings, connecting passengers and those passengers with other carrier sectors in their booking), customers may:
Retain their British Airways Holidays ground arrangements as originally booked. Alternatively customers may cancel and receive a full refund
For connecting passengers and those passengers with other carrier sectors in their booking only, customers may: Change to an alternative destination without an amendment fee; with the customer paying or receiving a refund for any difference in price of the new arrangements.
