UK Winter Weather - Customer Guidelines
Following disruption over the weekend, our operations are now returning to normal, as such the following guidelines have been withdrawn for customers on OPERATING services today. If a customer is affected by a cancelled service then our standard conditions of carriage still apply.

BA-Finnair Codeshare Cancellation - Customer Handling Guidelines
A number of cancellations on BA's codeshare with Finnair (BA*AY) from Helsinki to Manchester, Oulu (OUL), Stockholm Bromma (BMA) and Oslo are now being advised. The flights will now be scheduled as a Finnair codeshare operated by Flybe (AY*BE).

IB Pilot Strike 25,27,30 Jan - Customer Handling Guidelines
Iberia's pilots are planning futher industrial action on Wednesday, 25 January 2012 ,Thursday, 27 January 2012 and Friday, 30 January 2012 which may disrupt services operated by Iberia Airlines.Flights operated by Iberia Express Air Nostrum and code-shares operated by other partner airlines will be unaffected.
