Guidelines - Cityflyer operational cancellations

There has been a number of operational cancellations to CityFlyer services from/to London City airport 23 - 26 February 2009.

London City to Dublin No services between 23 - 25 February. Customers will be rebooked onto flights Gatwick - Dublin
London City to Edinburgh BA8700 and BA8714 will not operate 26 February. Customers will be rebooked onto BA8702
Edinburgh to London City BA8703 will not operate 26 February. Customers will be rebooked onto BA8713

Advice for customers
Customers booked onto a CityFlyer cancelled service and not wanting to travel on the alternative option may:

• Rebook onto a British Airways flight to the same destination on earlier or later dates, subject to availability.
  Rebooked flights must be in the same class of travel, and within the valid dates of the original ticket.

or

• Refund the booking to the original form of payment.

Please Note:If the customers ticket includes a transfer to/from another BA service and is no longer within the minimum connection time for flights, the above options may also be used to rebook the connecting flight.
