Customers transferring between Aer Lingus (EI) operated services Dublin or Cork to/from T1 and BA Mainline services operating to/from T5 must transfer landside between the terminals. They must collect their bags on arrival and re-check them in at the departing terminal. As a result the Minimum Connecting Time (MCT) has increased from 90 mins to 120 mins, with effect from 18 Nov 2008.
For any bookings made prior to 18 Nov 2008 the 90 min MCT will be honoured.
The guidelines below apply to any passenger who made a booking before 18 Nov 2008 who now wishes to allow a 120 mins connection.
