Rate this page: / 0.0

Customers who were booked on the BA codeshare flights BA7021/BA7022 are **ALL** being re-accommodated into **Club World** onto British Airways mainline flights between AMS-LHR-JFK.

Advice and options available for customers

Customers affected by these cancellations and find the alternative offered not suitable, are covered under the following options:

1) Rebook onto an available flight on the same routing to/from AMS-LHR-JFK within a 3-day period before or after the scheduled departure time of the original flight. If the same booking class is not available, the next lowest class may be booked within the same cabin. This will be at no additional cost to the customer, and if required, the validity of the ticket may be extended.

Book OpenSkies 'Biz bed' in to Club Europe and Club World
Book OpenSkies 'Biz Seat (Prem+)' in to Club Europe and Club World

IMPORTANT NOTE: The customer may only travel via LHR. Options to travel via to/from LCY (AMS-LCY-JFK) or via to/from LGW (AMS-LGW-JFK) are not valid.

2) Refund the ticket to the original form of payment.
Conditions:
- Any service fees should be waived due to disruption.
- Any ground or surface transport must be paid for by the customer

Please note:
The remedies stated in the Conditions of Carriage do not directly include the option to involuntarily reroute to an alternative destination. Should the customer wish travel to an alternative destination, they should be offered a refund of their original ticket and asked to purchase a new ticket to the new destination. The customer will be required to pay the appropriate available fare to the new destination at the time of booking.
