Weather Disruption update, 12th January 2010
All flights yesterday operated to plan with completion within the normal operational window
Today at :
Gatwick (LGW):
No issues and cancellations
Heathrow (LHR):
All stands and runways are clear of ice and snow
There are a handful of longhaul and shorthaul cancellations.
Customer Guidelines, 12th January 2010
On the basis that it is a normal day for operations - the customer guidelines set up for the weather disruption are to be withdrawn with immediate effect.
We are therefore reverting to General Conditions of Carriage. |
