 On Business customers will now be able to change the date and time of a flight redemption booking online, without charge, through ‘Manage my Booking’, making it even easier to manage their accounts/bookings.
Please encourage your On Business customers that wish to change the time and date of a booking, more than 24 hours in advance, to do this online.
Changes to upgrades cannot be made online.

If a customer wants to change the date and time of an On Business redemption booking more than 24 hours prior to departure what should they do? If a customer wants to change the date and time only of an On Business redemption booking more than 24 hours before departure, they should go to the ‘manage my booking’ section of ba.com – available on the ba.com homepage.
When they are in their booking, they should click on the ‘change’ button. They will only be able to change their booking if there is redemption availability, which would then show online. If there is no availability, the customer should call their On Business call centre to make alternative arrangements.
Note: If a customer has previously changed their booking, they will not be able to do so again online in which case they will be required to contact the On Business call centre.
Can a customer change their booking less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure? The customer will be unable to change bookings within 24 hours of departure, however, if they contact the On Business call centre prior to the scheduled departure of the first flight in the Reward itinerary, they will be eligible for a refund of their taxes subject to an administration fee.
Will a customer be able to make name or route changes online? Customers will not be allowed to make name or route changes online.
Will a customer be able to cancel a booking online? A customer will not be able to cancel a booking online, they should ring their On Business call centre to cancel, as they do today.
