This online service allows your customers to access their own booking and make preference requests.
They will be able to: - change date / time of flight*
- upgrade class of travel*
- cancel / refund ticket (not for trade bookings)*
- choose from five languages (English, German, Spanish, Italian, French)
- request a seat
- insert their Executive Club Frequent Flyer number into the booking
- request special dietary menu
- insert APIS details for travel to the USA and other countries, saving valuable time at the airport
- view or print a detailed itinerary
- email the itinerary to travel companions, friends or family
- inform themselves about baggage regulations
- pay excess baggage online (and pay 20% less than at the airport)
- buy insurance
- request real-time arrival or departure information
- access online city guides and other links
* Subject to fare rules of the ticket, provided an e-ticket has been issued, trade bookings can only be changed 24 hours before departure or after commencement of travel.
