GDS automated systems:
Through the CRS automated tools you will be able to check availability and receive a quote faster. You will no longer have to call British Airways to make your group booking. You will be in complete control as you book groups and receive quotes for confirmation through your GDS.

Group size:
The standard definition of a group on all oneworld carriers is 10 or more passengers travelling together for at least 1 segment of the journey whatever class they are booked.
Please note that individual bookings of a group of ten or more persons in various PNRs done by travel agents will be subject to scrutiny and cancelled without warning, as this is a system abuse.
