Guidelines - BA Cityflyer cancellations
Further to previous communication, due to the demise of Flightline, BA CityFlyer will continue to revise its operation to ensure services previously operated by Flightline on its behalf, will continue to be operated directly by BA CityFlyer for the remainder of the Winter 2009 schedule (up to and including 28 March 2009)

Following the successful resumption of services to/from Sydney via Bangkok, the customer guidelines issued for customers due to travel to/from Bangkok have been withdrawn with immediate effect.

Guidelines - Change to MCT at LHR for EI to BA transfers
Customers transferring between Aer Lingus (EI) operated services Dublin or Cork to/from T1 and BA Mainline services operating to/from T5 must transfer landside between the terminals. Guidelines - Sterling Airlines cease trading
Sterling Airlines A/S have ceased operations with immediate effect. British Airways have made arrangements for stranded customers who have commenced their journey and need to return to their point of origin. This is available for sale and travel up to and including 13 Nov 08.
