Section 1 - Flight withdrawals from 25 Octobre 2009
Key Message
BA have advised a number of services have been cancelled from 25th October 2009.
London Gatwick to Alicante

Advice for customers:
The following advice to customers is detailed at a route level
Customers due to travel to Malta may:
Refund the ticket purchased to the original form of payment.
Customers due to travel to Alicante:
Rebook onto an alternative British Airways flight to any other BA destination in Spain, subject to availability. Onward travel to their original destination will be at the customers expense
Flights rebooked within + or - 14 days of the original date can be rebooked in the lowest class available in the same cabin as the original booking. Flights rebooked outside + or - 14 days of the original date must rebooked in the same class as the original ticket.

Refund the ticket purchased to the original form of payment.
Customers due to travel to Palma:
Rebook onto an alternative British Airways flight to any other BA destination in Spain, subject to availability. Onward travel to their original destination will be at the customers expense
Flights rebooked within + or - 14 days of the original date can be rebooked in the lowest class available in the same cabin as the original booking. Flights rebooked outside + or - 14 days of the original date must rebooked in the same class as the original ticket.
Rebook onto an alternative British Airways marketed connection to/from London Heathrow and Palma via MAD, subject to availability.
Flights rebooked within + or - 14 days of the original date can be rebooked in the lowest class available in the same cabin as the original booking. Flights rebooked outside + or - 14 days of the original date must rebooked in the same class as the original ticket.

Customers due to travel to Krakow may:
Rebook onto an alternative British Airways flight to any other BA destination in Europe, subject to availability. Onward travel to their original destination will be at the customers expense

Section 2 - Flight withdrawals for Winter 2009 only
Key Message
BA have advised a flights to Varna have been cancelled for Winter 09 from 25th October 2009. The service continues to operate for Summer 2010.
London Gatwick to Varna
Customers due to travel on a cancelled service to Varna may:
Rebook onto an alternative British Airways flight to any other BA destination in Europe, subject to availability. Onward travel to their original destination will be at the customers expense
Flights rebooked within + or - 14 days of the original date can be rebooked in the lowest class available in the same cabin as the original booking. Flights rebooked outside + or - 14 days of the original date must rebooked in the same class as the original ticket.or
Refund the ticket purchased to the original form of payment.
Section 3 - Flight withdrawals for Summer 2010
Key Message
BA have advised a flights to Ibiza have been cancelled for Summer 2010. NB - as per current schedules this service does not operate Winter 09

Customers due to travel to Ibiza may:
Rebook onto an alternative British Airways flight to any other BA destination in Spain, subject to availability. Onward travel to their original destination will be at the customers expense
Flights rebooked within + or - 14 days of the original date can be rebooked in the lowest class available in the same cabin as the original booking. Flights rebooked outside + or - 14 days of the original date must rebooked in the same class as the original ticket.

Please Note:If the customers ticket includes a transfer to/from another BA service and is no longer within the minimum connection time for flights, the above options may also be used to rebook the connecting flight.
