Key Message

Please be aware that the communal arrivals lounge facility used by British Airways at Johannesburg International Airport was closed recently at very short notice.

Advice for customers

British Airways has been urgently looking into alternatives. Unfortunately, British Airways have been unable to find a viable solution.

Regrettably, it means that British Airways are unable to offer customers entitled to the arrivals lounge access, a facility at Johannesburg International Airport with immediate effect.
